Terms of service

These terms apply when you use compreel, which is operated by YK TECH INC. By creating an account or buying anything here you agree to them. Effective 2026-10-15.

Your account

You need an account to favourite items, hold credits and unlock content. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.

Credits and purchases

Credits are prepaid and are used to unlock effects, packs and services on this site. Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and have no value outside compreel. Prices are shown in credits on each product page; the price of a top-up is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe (card) or Z-Pay (Alipay).

What you get when you unlock something

Unlocking an effect or pack gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files in your own projects and in projects you make for your clients, including commercial ones, and to modify them. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves, alone or as part of a template, asset pack or library, and you may not claim them as your own design. Some items have extra terms, which are stated on their product page or in their files; open-source studies are covered by the licence in their repository. Services such as logo design are delivered as described on their page.

Refunds

Because unlocked files can be downloaded straight away, spent credits are not refunded. If a download is broken, a file is missing, or a service was not delivered as described, email us and we will fix it, replace it or return the credits. Unused credits from a top-up made in the last 14 days can be refunded on request to the original payment method. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Not allowed

Do not use compreel to break the law or anyone's rights, to attack, overload or scrape the site or its API, to get around payments or download limits, or to share account access. We may suspend accounts that do.

Community videos

Community videos are other people's posts on X, shown through X's own embed. They belong to their authors; these terms grant you nothing in them. To ask for removal, see About.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site and downloads available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Content is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
